How does it work?
Quickease is a fully mobile car care service. Simply create an account to get started. To set your appointment, once logged in, click "Book Appointment" and follow the prompts. Once your appointment is set we’ll dispatch our professional detailers to your location — home, office, or elsewhere. You’ll receive notifications when they are on their way, when they arrive and again upon completion. Our team handles key return or payment on-site, letting you book in minutes and leave the rest to us.
Where can you operate?
Our units are entirely self‑contained with purified water and onboard power, so we can serve virtually any location. In areas with water‑use restrictions, we switch to premium waterless solutions to comply with regulations. We routinely cover the Greater Orlando area, and we’re happy to accommodate clients outside our standard range by for an additional distance fee. Please contact us for details.
How soon can you complete a service?
We operate Monday–Saturday, 8 am–6 pm, (Office hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Fri). We can often schedule appointments within 24-48 hours.
How can I prepare for my service?
To help us serve you efficiently, please:
- Remove all personal items so our team can focus on cleaning.
- Park in a shaded area if possible.
- Ensure at least 3 ft of clearance around the vehicle for easy access.
- Be prepared to meet your detailer with your keys when they arrive.
Can you remove stains from my interior?
Yes. Our Interior services uses gentle, non‑abrasive techniques and, if needed, hot‑water extraction to lift spills, dirt, and grease from carpet, cloth, leather, and vinyl.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely on the appointment page in your dashboard at any time. Additionally, at the end of your service, our detailers can accept card, cash, or checks.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed to operate in Florida and carry comprehensive insurance coverage for your peace of mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours of the start time of the appointment will result in a fee equal to 50 % of the service price charged to the card held for service.
