Quickease LLC Terms of Service

This Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms and conditions between you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) and Quickease, LLC (“Quickease,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Personal Belongings:
    • Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and other significant items from your vehicle prior to service.
    • Excessive clutter or trash may result in a $20 fee.
  2. Service Times:

    All service times are estimates only; we cannot guarantee exact timeframes.

  3. Staffing and Weather:

    We reserve the right to modify bookings due to staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment issues.

  4. Liability:

    Quickease is not responsible for loss or damage to:

    • Personal property inside the vehicle.
    • The vehicle itself.
    • The service location.
    • Personal property at the service location.

    Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a lawful and safe area for service.

  5. Battery Discharge:

    We are not liable for battery issues during or after the service. Please verify all lights are turned off after service completion.

  6. Booking Verification:

    Bookings require accurate information, including your name, phone number, email, address, service package, and vehicle condition. Quickease reserves the right to cancel any service request at our discretion.

  7. Right to Refuse Service:

    Quickease reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

  8. Customer Behavior:

    Any form of verbal or physical abuse toward staff will not be tolerated, and appropriate action will be taken.

2. Communications

  1. Confirmation and Updates:

    You consent to receive email or SMS messages for:

    • Appointment confirmations and updates.
    • Technician details.
    • Follow‑up satisfaction surveys.
  2. Data Storage:

    Your name, contact information, vehicle details, location, and payment information may be securely stored in our database.

  3. Quality Assurance:

    Customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

3. Service Terms and Conditions

  1. Marketing Feedback:

    We may ask how you heard about Quickease to evaluate our marketing efforts.

  2. Payment Information:
    • A valid debit or credit card is required to secure all bookings.
    • The card selected to reserve the appointment will be charged approximately 24 hours after service completion if no payments have been recorded. If that payment method is unavailable another payment method on record will be used.

4. Cancellation Policy

  1. 24‑Hour Notice:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Failure to provide notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price.
  2. No‑Show Policy:

    If you are not present at the scheduled time and location, a cancellation fee will apply. Your detailer will contact you according to your preferred method of contact upon arrival. If they can not contact you via your preferred method they will attempt additional methods of contact for up to 20 minutes after arrival. If your detailer can not get in contact with you after 20 minutes the appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

  3. Location Permission:
    • By booking a service, you confirm that Quickease and its affiliates have permission to operate at the provided address.
    • If we are unable to perform services due to lack of access or permission, a cancellation fee will apply.

5. Service Guarantee

  1. Redo and Refund Policy:

    If there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, Quickease will redo the affected portion of the service or provide a refund.

  2. Unauthorized Repairs:

    Any cleaning or repair performed by you or a third party without our consent will void the service guarantee.

  3. Conditional Issues:

    Failure to disclose pre‑existing issues such as heavy stains, odors, mold, pet hair, or biological waste will void the service guarantee. Additional fees may apply for these conditions.

  4. Payment Obligation:

    Payment is due immediately upon service completion. Failure to pay voids our service guarantee.

6. Providing Feedback and Photo Usage

  1. Feedback:

    We encourage you to share feedback or concerns by emailing contact@quickeasecarcare.com.

  2. Photo Usage:
    • Quickease may take photos of your vehicle during and after service for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
    • No personal information will be displayed with these photos.

7. Changes to This Agreement

  • Quickease reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
  • Material changes will be communicated through:
    • A notice on our website
    • An email sent to the address on your account
  • Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Agreement

By booking a service—whether online, by phone, or in person—you agree to these Terms of Service and release Quickease, LLC from any claims or causes of action for personal injury or property damage resulting from the services provided.
